Welcome to Pacific Logic. By accessing or using our website, AI Growth Suite, custom AI Agents (Jessica & John), SaaS tools, or consulting services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the Growth Suite or engaging in our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. The Service & Subscription

The Growth Suite: This service includes a high-ranking website, AI Agent training and deployment, and access to the mobile command center.

Subscription Model: Services are provided on a month-to-month basis at the rate of $297 per month.

No Long-Term Contracts: You are not locked into a long-term commitment. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, notice of cancellation must be provided via email to [email protected] at least seven (7) days prior to your next billing date.

3. Use of AI Tools & Data

AI Training: You are responsible for providing the accurate "Knowledge Base" (business details, pricing, FAQs) used to train your AI Agents.

AI Accuracy: While we utilize state-of-the-art AI technology and 35 years of IT logic to build these tools, AI "hallucinations" or errors may occur. You agree to monitor conversations via the LeadConnector app and intervene when a human touch or correction is required.

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any data, materials, or communications transmitted through the tools.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain all ownership of your brand assets, logos, and specific business data.

Our Infrastructure: All proprietary software configurations, custom-coded templates, "Pacific Logic" workflow automations, and training methodologies remain the exclusive property of Pacific Logic.

5. Payment & Refunds

Secure Processing: Payments are processed securely. You authorize recurring monthly charges for as long as the service remains active.

Refund Policy: Due to the intensive nature of the initial AI training and website build-out, refunds are generally not provided for months already billed. However, we strive for total satisfaction and may issue credits or refunds at our sole discretion.

6. No Warranty & "As-Is" Provision

All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we leverage decades of expertise to ensure 99.9% uptime and high performance, we do not guarantee specific financial results or uninterrupted service caused by third-party outages (e.g., Google, Amazon Web Services, or cellular networks).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacific Logic and its founders shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our tools, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or AI-generated communication errors. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the one (1) month preceding any claim.

8. Changes to Terms

As technology and AI regulations evolve, we may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the email address on file. Continued use of the Growth Suite constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
